The musicians of Davey Music have many years of experience performing at weddings throughout Northern Ireland and beyond.  Our wedding music packages are completely flexible and customisable and will provide only the finest Irish traditional music for any (or every!) part of your wedding day.

Our repertoire for the wedding ceremony is centered on a combination of liturgical, Irish traditional and contemporary music, and we can also include light classical items.

For the drinks reception we usually play a more upbeat selection, with a range of Irish traditional dance music, and songs, if required.

Background music for the wedding dinner can create an elegant atmosphere and after dinner, our evening function band 'The Blackstaff Céilí Band & Folk Group' can entertain your guests with all the popular Irish folk and contemporary classics, vocal and instrumental, or, if you would like more audience participation, our we can provide the music for all the favourite Irish céilí dances.

We can also offer a bespoke music composition service, which can provide an original piece of music for the wedding ceremony.  Davey Music is directed by Patrick Davey, a well-known Irish traditional musician from Belfast.
